Observed approximately 52 flies. 1 on column near donuts case, 1 on back of booth in dining room, 1 on chair in dining room, 2 on bar, 2 on camera above donut counter, 1 on wall near fly trap in wait station, 1 in flight in dish area, 3 on bus tub in dish area, 1 on stock pot in dish area, 1 on dish machine, 3 on bus tub in dish area, 1 on wall in soda box room, 1 on hot box, 2 on wall behind hot box, 1 inflight above walk in cooler door, 1 on ceiling above electrical box, 1 on window sill in kitchen, 1 on ceiling in kitchen near hood area, 3 outside of hood area, 3 on ceiling at entrance of kitchen, 1 on corner of wall behind bread oven, observed approximately 20 flies in the partially enclosed back porch/mop sink area at back door**Repeat Violation** **Repeat Violation** **Warning**
