So I was eating Wing stop at my sister house that was doordashed and a little after I finished eating I got stomach pain but I thought it was just me over eating so 😕 when I was in the car on my way home my stomach was hurting I didn't have a appetite so when I got home i was laying down watching reels on my phone but suddenly i felt like throwing up so I drank some water and laid back down but then it came back again so I strated drinking water and standing up and then I had felt like I needed to poop so that is what I did and was done I were to my room and googled how to stop stomach pain and i saw something about lemon and water so i drank lemon juice and water then sat on the couch. Then my dad asked am I ok I said no and he said what's wrong?I told him my stomach hurts and he ask what I eat and I told him Wingstop so he gave me this tablet and I ate it next I want to my room then back down stairs drank some Pepto blimsmo and i drank it and threw up i rinsed my mouth and drank water. And now im sitting in my room tired and ready to sleep. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
