I ate a salad and had chicken Alfredo. Was the only place I ate for the day. Next day I couldn't get out of bed, was horrible, dry heeves,diarrhea dehydration low blood pressure. All from bad food. Went to er and was and still in hospital | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Dehydration
