We went to Dairy Queen the other day. And my boyfriend got the chicken tenders. Everyone else we were with had burgers and fries. At 3 in the morning he instantly started vomiting and it continued through the entire day. He wasn't around anyone who had a stomach bug. And that was the only different food we ate. The second day the vomiting stopped but started the diarrhea. It's day 3 and the symptoms have gotten better. But th diarrhea still has yet to cease. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
