I had the $5 buck lunch box. It was one of the hamburger ones. And a drink. While I was drinking it I noticed something black in the bottom. I poured some of the drink into another cup and at the bottom of my cup was some back and yellow stuff. I've been throwing up since. Im having awful cramps and I feel like my body is on fire. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
