Was seated with my husband around 2:30 pm 10/19/2019 both ordered the fish and chips with clam chowder from the lunch menu (our usual at this restaurant. We drank water. Made it home (Portland Metro area) around 5:00pm. Symptoms began at roughly 7:00pm. Low grade fever, nausea, vomiting, sulfur burps, watery diarrhea. Body aches and horrible stomach cramping as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Body Ache, Burping
