I was on holiday in the hotel with my family for a week. On the second night we ate in the hotel restaurant and I was eating from the children's menu as I was fairly young and there was an offer or something like that on at the time. I had the spaghetti and long story short I spent the night and following morning sweating vomiting on the toilet and with a constant headache. It sort of ruined the holiday for me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating
