Sunday 3rd March It was from a meal at Powerscourt Hotel. Both my friend & I were afflicted & the only things we both ate all day were Parmesan & truffle fries / the strawberry & lime in our drinks at our meal there  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Around 4 hours later I began to have stomach cramping, followed 2 hours later by extreme fatigue, body/muscle aches, and severe nausea. I was an the verge of dying. I threw my inwards alone. Naked and afraid with my head in the toilet bowl. Diarrhoea contained toast, water and f***** salad. Not even toast stays down. I’m dying and I blame the salad. F*** this place, I’m getting a lawyer I demand compensation.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
