Dumplings Trigger Severe Illness - Food Court, Epping Victoria

I had dumplings for lunch around 2pm, came home and took a nap. 3 hours later I woke up feeling very unwell. I began throwing up and having loose stool for the rest of the evening with a severe migraine. I was unable to drink water or have panadol as everything I ate was coming back out. It is now 2 days later and I am just able to eat bread and yoghurt. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Migraine
