- comments: observed a leaks at the front 3 comp sink at the base of the fixture and the neck of the faucet. Must repair and maintain.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: floors need cleaning inside the walk in cooler to remove spills and debris. Also clean the floor drains at the front ice cream freezer.
