Must install so backflow prevention device may be located to be serviced and maintained. 53. Observed no covered waste receptacle provided in the women washroom. Must provide and maintain. 56. Observed mechanical ventilation in washrooms not working. Must repair and maintain adequate ventilation at all times. Priority violation. Citation issued. 7-42-090. Must correct all above mentioned violations.
