I ate one Boston cream donut. Later that night, I woke up feeling terrible, and on my way to the bathroom, I threw up everything I ate that day on my carpet. There were chunks of food stuck in my nose that whole night. I couldn't eat for two days because I kept throwing up and having diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
