nov 13th and dec 22nd of this year ive ordered xl hot chocolate. both times has resulted in painful abdominal cramps, diarrhea, nausea and an exacerbation of my chronic back pain to a debilitating extent. i do not have chocolate intolerance nor lactose intolerance. this is the second incident of the same reaction which lasted 2 weeks and i have no reason to suspect it isnt related to food poisoning. i suffered severe abdominal and pelvic cramping, overheating, going in and out of consciousness, followed by weakness, dehydration, and my entire body trembling/shaking in pain for hours. i am experiencing prolong nausea and pain. bought through doordash from the elmhurst dunkin location in illinois. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Dehydration
