Report of possible food poisoningA 32 year old woman, had Kale truffle Caesar salad at this restaurant at 2:30 pm Wednesday July 10, 2019. She felt well at the time and has no medical problems. She has no sick contacts.
Hours later, she developed felt sick at 5pm with abdominal discomfort, left her work, vomited at 8:30PM, had chills and felt hot, and had recurrent vomiting.
I believe this is food poisoning, and I called the manager at the restaurant, to inform her, so as to protect further customers. I also called (with no answer) then texted, a whom I was told was the manager to alert him. which I believe is a cell phone).
