Husband and I ordered a fish plate and a shrimp plate but received only a shrimp plate and an incorrect order of a fish sandwich.
I could not eat the sandwich as it came fully dressed and I'm allergic to tomatoes, so we shared the shrimp.
Approximately one hour later, we were both seized with severe, repetitive diarrhea.
It has been well over 12 hours since we consumed the shrimp and we are still running to the bathroom every 5-10 minutes. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
