On Saturday March 30, 2924 I visited this restaurant and ordered the salad bar. I ate 2 salads and a bowl of chili. In less than one hour of first eating the salad I became very ill.

First I had diarrhea and then bad stomach cramps. Then the diarrhea became extremely worse and runny. Nausea was worsening and I was ill for several hours. Then I was vomiting and my stomach as sore and nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
