Shortly after eating dinner here 5pm Feb 11th my husband began to feel unwell. He ate a teriyaki chicken udon bowl. I ate elsewhere luckily but the rest of the day we ate at home and the same foods. I am fine. Around 10pm he began vomiting and was sick about 20 times over the next 12 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
