I am writing to report a serious issue regarding food safety. My two-year-old son suffered food poisoning after consuming a rice and avocado salad purchased from this establishment. This occurred on Saturday, 21st December, and has caused significant distress.

As this involves a young child, I am extremely concerned about the quality and safety of the food served. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and ensure all safety standards are upheld to prevent such incidents in the future. | Symptoms: Vomiting
