At 8 am I got egg McMuffin, nothing else.I should have realized something was wrong because it was not warm the, muffins not very toasted if at all. By 1:30 I experienced diarrhea, nausea , stomach gurgling, stomach burning. I missed work the next day still sick, don’t know if I can go back to work after then , I’m still feeling sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
