Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: I ate a salad at a restaurant with salmon and italian dressing. Felt sick and started vomiting less than an hour later. I am still nauseous a day later with vomitinh urges.
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: Me | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
