Went to a small spot, exit sanantonio baja mexico has a over view of the ocean balcony. Ate the teriyaki chicken bowl. Been sick for 4 day and still have stomach cramping.in my lower adbominal intestinals .. first started cramping at the top of my abdomine as days pass the cramp still pesist at the bottom. Major diarrhea and stomach cramps fever like symptoms back to back. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
