- comments: handwashing sink is installed between prep and dishroom room. Far from prep area were raw,cooked and ready to eat food is prepared. Akward to walk-to handwashing sink. Must install hand washing sink supplied with hand soap and disposable towels, at mentioned prep area. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030
