It was my Cheat Day and I wanted Mexican. I had Chicken, Re-Fried Beans, Rice, and Veggies for lunch. Within an hour I had to have my brother pull over into furniture store called Mittens. I was on the toilet for over 30 minutes with diarrhea and perfuse sweating. My stomach felt like I was getting hit with a sledgehammer the rest of the day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Sweating
