After the 2nd day of our last tour..kids were all vomitting and having diahrrea. Adults have fever and nausea..i think because of the cocnut water we bought in the island and the sea water that was accidentally drank by kids.
We saw that a fruit fell and the guide just washed it in the sea and returned on the plate. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
