I ordered the 2 pieces combo with leg and thigh and mash potatoes and corn with 2 flour tortillas on thursday Sept 4 around 1pm and i got diarrhea half an hour later also nausea and vomiting. The location ball rd and Anaheim blvd in Anaheim Ca. Im still sick havent been able to work since Friday Oct 5 2018. I ate the food around 1pm got sick at 1:30 with diarrhea vomiting nausea fever | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
