11/04/2024 at 6:09 pm. My son(9 months old) and I ate off the same pieces of chicken, rice and beans on Monday after the purchase. We've had vomiting and severe diarrhea ever since Tuesday morning. My son started with diarrhea that night in his sleep. My sister had some the next afternoon and she also now has severe diarrhea with vomiting.
