It was noon at CSULB and I was hungry so I decided to buy an original pollo loco bowl, and after I was finished I didn't feel very well but I was still able to function well. It was about 6 pm when I got home and I felt terrible so I just went to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night with chills, and severe neck and back pain making it very difficult to sleep. So it's Friday morning now and I wasn't sure if I should go to school because of how weak and disgusting I felt so I took some medicine went back to sleep and woke up still sick but feeling a lot better so I decided to go to school since at this point I only had a headache. After class I come back home to try to sleep and I started feeling gassy a little after noon and I ended up having diarrhea but it wasn't terrible. I hadn't ate all day because I had no sense of appetite. It was about 2:40 when I was in the kitchen about to drink water to keep hydrated when I burped and food came up from yesterday and I ran to the bathroom to throw up and it was a lot and it hit very bad and I could see the chicken and my throw up was brown. My stomach did feel a lot better but after a while I felt weak again started getting nauseous and it was about 7 pm when I threw up again. My headache and chills continued along with my neck and back pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Headache, Weakness, Chills, Burping
