I thought i was gonna get better but my food poisoning got worse... Big THANKS! now even hospital bills smh I’m being admitted with nausea medication & IV & exams.... haven’t been able to keep anything down. We were eating a sandwich till my friend told me to turn my sandwich around which i was half way done with it..... worse part is when we told him he tried to play it off saying it was a grill stain till we opened up the bread & had more inside .. & still didn’t cared . Woke up with a small fever and throwing up all day long got so dehydrated... couldn’t even work. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Dehydration
