Churros, Chips, Enchilada Illness - El Vez Restaurant, Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I went there 02/11/2022 and I ate guacamole/ chips, chicken enchilada, and churros. I vomited everything not even an hour later and on top of that I had nausea, diarrhea, I can’t even stomach water. I’m literally pooping water. F**k them and f**k trying to be courteous. F**k you guys for giving me food poisoning. Don’t fu*ing eat at that cheap sh*t restaurant and the food isn’t even authentic or good. The chef needs to be fired, that place needs to be shut down. I’m so disgusted by you as**oles.
