Ordered a hamburger, cooked medium yesterday at about 5pm. Was very pink in the middle (rare). Ate around the outside and left the uncooked centre. Hadn’t eaten anything else after that. Starting feeling ill at about 2am and have had severe vomiting and diarrhoea for the past 6 hours. I have attached a copyOf the receipt and photographic evidence of Emesis-induced facial purpura - small red or purple spots on the face caused by forceful vomiting. This is a result of a temporary increase in pressure within the blood vessels, particularly those in the face and around the eyes. I | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I would stop eating red meat. Detox and you will feel different. Take a picture when you feel better. Give up meat then take another picture of yourself. You may see a difference. I removed it from my diet and feel so much better that I have encouraged my sisters to do the same. Much Love
