I flew from Ho Chi Minh City to Dubai with Emirates Airlines on 26.9.22. Made a 4-hour stopover in Dubai and then flew on from Dubai to Frankfurt. I only ate food on the plane, nothing else. Everything was still good on the way from Ho Chi Minh to Dubai.I then ate a roll with eggs and cheese and pasta with chicken meatballs on the flight (flight number: EK45) to Frankfurt. Everything was still normal on the plane. But when I arrived in Frankfurt, I had a really bad stomach ache, spent 4 hours in the toilet and vomited everything. Had to run quickly into the pharmacy? I bought 27.50€ for diarrhea tablets and gastrointestinal drops. But it didn't help. I still have diarrhea and this morning I still have to vomit. I'm going to see a doctor today and have a look. But I'm really disappointed. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Gas
