I was on flight EK404 from Dubai to Melbourne via Singapore on the 26/7/23. On both legs of this flight fish and rice were served at two different meals, both times they ran out of the other option so the only food I could choose was the fish. While eating it, it did not taste entirely right but I was really hungry from the flight. Less than 24 hours after landing I am presenting symptoms of food poisoning: vomiting, diarrhea and stomach cramps. I did not eat anything else besides some dry biscuits between the flight and the presentation of symptoms which tells me it has to have been a meal on my flight.From what I have read this is not the first time a person has gotten food poisoning on an Emirates flight and it appears to be very common. This is extremely concerning if they continue to serve the same meals on flights that keep making people sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
