My wife bought these light ice cream bars because we are cutting calories. I had some steak and salad at dinner 3 hours later I grabbed 2 bars and microwaved them for 15 seconds and ate them with a spoon. It tasted like spongy ice cream. 45 min later I started to feel nauseous then it started coming up I ran to the bathroom and started vomiting violently. It lasted for a half hour until then I felt so weak and felt better in a few hours. I have not been that sick in over 10 years. 100% something in those bars made me sick. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea
