I recently swapped to Keto and decided to try the Equate keto shakes as a sub for meals... a few days pass since de started the replacement and I noticed that my stomach has been in immense pain. I thought it was just my body getting into ketosis. The last time I drank the shake it violently hurt my upper stomach to the point of throwing up. My stomach felt very hot and painful, once I threw up my mouth was even having a burning sensation. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain
