Deli Hot Combo Illness - Erewhon, Santa Monica California

I got food poisoning on Thursday, Dec. 15th from the deli hot section. I got the combo fish plate which consisted of the chefs special wild caught sea bass, the Mac and cheese and the asparagus. It was the only thing I ate that day and have not been able to eat since. I woke up in the middle of the night with violent vomiting, nausea, painful cramping and diarrhea. I have been unable to eat since this incident and feel weak. I am finally able to hold water down and it is day 4. I still have severe indigestion.
