We were at this beach bar around noon yesterday, and out of 4 people, 3 had ordered a milkshake and pizza. Danacv, we didn't eat more anywhere, as everyone got a little nauseous at first. At night, all three started vomiting, diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
