Hotdog Illness Hospitalization - Evan's Deli, Rome Georgia

On Nov.14,2016 ,I purchased 2 hotdogs with mayo and onions and wedges around 12:30pm. I drove 1/2a mile to the mile where I ate my food at 12:45pm. While at the mill around 2:30pm I started hurting severally in my stomach. I left mill at 4pm headed back home to Alabama feeling very nauseous and running a high fever. I arrived home around 5:10pm sick throwing up and diarrhea couldn't control either. My wife and I decided after the diarrhea and nausea wouldn't stop and my fever was 104.6 that I needed to go to hospital ,she took me to Anniston Regional Medical Center around 9:30pm. We waited in the er she had to get me to restroom fast several times due to the sickness getting worse .I was called back around 3:30am on Nov.15,2016 .The er dr requested several test through blood,stool sample,and urine and also a scan on of the abdomen area .Around 6am the nurse came in and told us that test showed I have food poisoning and that is when we narrowed down all of what I had ate On Nov 14, I ate breakfast from Evan's around 6:30am and then lunch was 12:30pm the symptoms started around 2:30 pm. I was admitted into the hospital where I was given several antibiotics,several bags of fluids for the dehydration,nasusa meds,and pain meds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Bloody Stool
