I’m not sure this restaurant is the cause. The only other thing I’ve had is an Organic Smoothie mix from Costco. I became ill two hours after eating Evergreens beet salad with avocado and egg. I’ve been having the smoothies daily to every other day for a couple weeks. Everything else I’ve eaten has been eaten by people who are not ill. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
