Fairfield Mi Tienda Seasoned Beef Skirt Steak - Fajitas caused profuse vomiting, stomach pain, fever 102.2 and eventually loose stools. Had to take youngest to ER for pain and dehydration. Our entire family became violently ill within 6/7 hours of eating skirt steak fajitas from there AND NOTHING ELSE. Update: No one can keep anything down including fluids. Kids have headaches, abdominal pain/dissension, nausea/vomiting, and fatigue. Adults have muscle spasms, vomiting, diarrhea, and cold sweats/ chills. Everyone is lightheaded, tachycardic, feverish and bloated. Another ER trip possible | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Fever, Other, Dehydration, Headache, Bloating, Chills, Fatigue, Sweating, Lightheaded, Muscle Spasms
