Lactose-Free Woes: UC Flare-Up - Fairlife, Poulsbo Washington

I’ve been drinking Fairlife milk for at least 8 years. I have ulcerative colitis. It is very much irritated by lactose. And many MANY times after ingesting Fairlife milk or ice cream or other products which to me were the best tasting lactose free alternative…:I got super gassy, bloated, cramps, sick to my stomach. I made the joke that it wasn’t really lactose free many times but I’m now realizing I have probably been ingesting SO MUCH BACTERIA it has horribly aggravated my condition. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Gas
