Coke Zero and Chocolate Zingers, My wife bought me Coke Zero and Chocolate Zingers from Family Dollar. When I opened the coke bottle the entire bottle cap came off without perforating the bottom part of the bottle cap. I thought the coke zero tasted a little off, my wife tried it and said it seemed fine. Zingers tasted normal. A few hours later I'm vomiting and having diarrhea. Everything else in my diet was food I normally eat, I'm suspecting my coke zero was tampered with. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
