I'm a doctor. Took some egg sandwich from here 2 days ago.
Started to have gastritis yesterday morning, then fever by evening.
Then i had chills and severe abdominal pain.
Diagnosis: acute gastroenteritis with sepsis.
I am now on 2 antibiotics and am practically living in the toiler due to diarrhoea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Stomach Pain, Gas
