This was a restaurant in the Southwest Terminal, Tulsa, Ok airport on November 11, 2018, at 7:54AM before catching a plane to Phoenix. The receipt says Fat Guys Burger at 7777 E. Apache St My order #5653 2 egg combo w/ bacon and potatoes. When arriving in Phoenix about 2 hours later I noticed fatigue and fever. Two hours later I had severe vomiting on flight to Sacramento and more after landing. Next few days with diarrhea. It is 4 days later and stomach is still sensitive to food but diarrhea is improved. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
