Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Vomiting Suspected source: Meals eaten at Fat Rosie’s Schaumburg Onset: 4 to 36 hours Duration: 12 to 36+ hours (persists) Sick: 4 people Additional information: Four people had stomach and intestinal issues begin within a 12-36 hour timeframe. Symptoms range from mild to severe stomach discomfort and diarrhea and vomiting. Meals/items eaten varied and included (but not limited to) salsa, guacamole, steak and shrimp. No two in party ate the exact same items. On this particular day this was the only meal eaten by 3 of 4 members of the party for the entire day. Symptoms still persist at time of this submission.
