Had dinner at fat burger before a concert. I had chicken strips, curly fries and a chocolate milkshake. Felt like I was going to throw up in the middle of eating it but after I was fine. Woke up at 5 am with a bad stomach. Got up to go to the bathroom and ended up having diarrhea. Still felt awful but decided to go back to bed. Made it halfway before I knew I was going to vomit and rushed back to the bathroom. Threw up for a while before having diarrhea again. In bed now but stomach still hurts and throat stings. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
