According to a Dec. 12 inspection report, health officials found dead cockroaches throughout the restaurant including underneath kitchen equipment, behind the television in the dining area, and behind a soda machine.

There was also dead cockroaches behind a freezer in the storage area of the facility and on the floors of the storage area, according to public health. Officials also cited the restaurant for rat droppings under the dish washing station and on the shelf in the storage area.
