Around 1pm I ate fettuccine Alfredo from here and around 8pm my symptoms started with terrible cramping. Around 8:30 i started with diarrhea and around 9pm started with vomiting as well. Cramping constantly with a trip to the bathroom about every 20 minutes | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
