Had a chicken cheese steak and within 20 minutes has intense stomach pain and nausea followed by vomiting, which has continued for about 3 hours now.11/7 Update: It is now about 15 hours later and the nausea and vomiting has not stopped or slowed down. Vomiting every 30 minutes for those past 15 hours. We are now at almost 48 hours. (My boyfriend is the one sick) he has now been admitted to the hospital for severe food poisoning and dehydration. As if that wasn’t enough, he now has a tear in his esophagus from vomiting since 7pm Saturday. We are awaiting test results to see if he might unfortunately need surgery to repair his esophagus. This is completely inexcusable not okay. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Dehydration
