54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed four waste recepticles in outdoor garbage area. Observed two recepticles with covers in disrepair or left open and one with covers left open and refuse and recyclables overflowing from recepticle. Instructed to repair or replace receptacle covers so that they are tight-fitting, remove or compact overflowing refuse and recyclables so that covers can be closed, and maintain. Priority violation foundation. 7-38-020(b).
