Fish Meal Causes Sickness - McDonald's, Los Angeles California

We went at 9 p.m. last night June 2nd 2021 they ordered a Filet-O-Fish meal double cheeseburger and a large fry and within 35 minutes of finishing said Filet-O-Fish I can feel nauseated and then all of a sudden I projectile vomited I've been trying to sleep all night since I parked my vehicle and I've been throwing up every 25 minutes or so since I just now woke up and threw up three more times my body aches I have cold sweats and clammy and cold but I'm running a fever as well hey there was something wrong with sandwich that I ate as soon as I bit into it but because it's this place I thought I could trust it have not eaten anything since. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Body Ache, Sweating
